Had very deep sleep since, vivid dreams, could sleep for more prolonged hours... less nervousness in stressful situations...
Sometimes I drink it along with Chaga powder and sometimes separately, Chaga in the morning and Reishi in the evening (depends on the time of the day I brewed them (was a bit inconsistent the first week but the second week trying not to skip days and taking them regularly for better accumulative effect over time).

Chaga is a Hugga...awesomely effective I have m favorites now and Chaga is on the LIST

Been trying the chaga mushroom powder already bit more than two weeks, soaking a little less than one tea spoonin boiled water overbight and drinking on empty stomach (sometimes duting breakfast). Noticed overall health uplift and endurance, mind more clear and focused.
What i noticed the most is that my cravings for smoking had really diminished. I am a chain smoker and smoke 2 packs daily for more than 8-9 years and my wish is to stop it completely (which was rly difficult for me to do due to the constant stress i am in). Recebtly i've noticed that in the morning i don't crave cigarettes much, and during the day i can stay easily without smoking for prolonged periods of time (without going crazy (haha). That never happened to me before since I started smoking. It happens now so effortlessly.
