Return & Refund Policy

At The Shroomery, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements for both local and international orders.


Local Orders (Within Lebanon)

We accept returns and offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we’ll gladly replace it free of charge.

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • No refunds are issued for local orders—replacements only.

International Orders (Outside Lebanon)

Due to the nature of international shipping, we do not accept returns. However, we will issue a refund if:

  • The product is defective or you received the wrong item.

  • You notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Proof of defect or wrong item (e.g., clear photos) is provided.

💳 Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or damages caused during transit by third-party couriers.

  • All sales are final unless the above conditions are met.
