Chaga Powder

Been trying the chaga mushroom powder already bit more than two weeks, soaking a little less than one tea spoonin boiled water overbight and drinking on empty stomach (sometimes duting breakfast). Noticed overall health uplift and endurance, mind more clear and focused.
What i noticed the most is that my cravings for smoking had really diminished. I am a chain smoker and smoke 2 packs daily for more than 8-9 years and my wish is to stop it completely (which was rly difficult for me to do due to the constant stress i am in). Recebtly i've noticed that in the morning i don't crave cigarettes much, and during the day i can stay easily without smoking for prolonged periods of time (without going crazy (haha). That never happened to me before since I started smoking. It happens now so effortlessly.
I really believe that chaga mushroom might help me gradually get healthy again and quit my bad habits easier than i thought

P.S: I noticed as well that my appetite decreased. I personally am not looking to lose weight,but I think for people who are undergoing a certain diet and struggling to lose weight chaga mushroom, in my opinion, can help ease the cravings (sugar especially)
