Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dried lion's mane mushrooms
  • 8 oz (about 225g) pasta of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Rehydrate the Dried Lion's Mane Mushrooms:

    • Place the dried lion's mane mushrooms in a bowl and cover them with hot water. Let them soak for about 20-30 minutes until they are fully rehydrated.
