Baked and Crispy Oyster Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 200g oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the oyster mushrooms to the bowl and toss them with the mixture until evenly coated.
  • Spread the mushrooms out on a baking sheetlined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the mushrooms for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro (if desired) and serve hot.
