Ingredients
- 200g oyster mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Clean the oyster mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Add the oyster mushrooms to the bowl and toss them with the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the mushrooms out on a baking sheetlined with parchment paper.
- Bake the mushrooms for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro (if desired) and serve hot.
