- 200g oyster mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 red chilies, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and chopped red chilies (if using) and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Add the sliced oyster mushrooms to the wok and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the mushrooms and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and coated the mushrooms.
- Serve the oyster mushroom stir-fry hot, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
